CANCELLATION POLICY:

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50%.
While this fee cannot be refunded, those wishing to reschedule a future service may use this fee as a deposit for their next visit.
All guests who cancel within the 24-hour cancellation or whom “no call / no show” to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame.
Refund Requests are at managements discretion and issued accordingly.
Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at Lakoet’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

REDO POLICY:

We understand from time to time a customer may want an adjustment on their service. We will happily welcome our guests back to correct the service within 1 week of their visit. It is encouraged the guest that desires an adjustment returns to their original stylist unless guest prefers otherwise, another stylist will freely intercept.
